Charlene Hart MBA, CPA, CFE - Managing Partner

Charlene has a tremendous amount of experience as a Certified Public Accountant both in the public and private as well as governmental and grant accounting.  Charlene has also been a pinnacle of the community for decades having dedicated her free time to causes such as the Domestic Violence Resource Center, DUI Task Force, and the Washoe County School District Audit Committee.

Mark Stone MBA - President

A graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno in 2016 with a BS in accounting, and 2018 with a Master of Business Administration, Mark has more than 10 years of experience in governmental and grant accounting, corporate accounting, and retail management.  Relying on his years of retail management experience, Mark is a strong communicator who takes pride in developing and fostering strong business relationships, as well as communicating and understanding issues facing business owners and managers.

Michael Bonano - Vice President

Mike brings unparalleled expertise in small business ownership and management.  He recognizes the challenges of owning and running a small business in the Truckee meadows and relies on his experience to help customers navigate business decisions to improve the efficiency and profitability of their business.
